There’s a reason why people say “Be careful what you wish for”, as manifesting is the ability to use the power of your mind to attract people and experiences into your life.

It’s a great technique to support you in your quest to achieve your goals but it doesn’t always work out the way you had planned and sometimes it doesn’t work at all.

If you’ve tried manifesting but having no luck, here are five tips to get anything you want (well most things)! 💫👇

1. Get clear about what you actually want. Nothing wishy washy so get as specific as you can

2. Use all of your senses to visualise you working towards having what you want and having achieved it ie what you’re wearing, what you hear, who you’re with, what you smell, how you feel

3. Detach from the timing of it all. When we put expectations on the date we get disappointed. The universe will work its magic in its own time

4. Don’t say maybe, one day or yes right this is going to happen (not). Self talk and self affirmation is critical. Believe that it will happen, it’s not a matter of if but when

5. Take steps every day to support your manifestation
