Career Coaching
Career coaching
Working out what career would best suit you and what you actually want to do in life can be challenging.
Sometimes there is not an obvious choice. You may have worked in the same role for 20 years but now feel it’s not making you happy. You may feel burnt out and want a different role to support a more balanced lifestyle or you might be a student and unsure which path to take. Taking a questionnaire online can give you some of the answers, but there’s nothing like working with a coach 1-1 to really give you clarity and confidence in your decision.
I usually recommend anything from 1-4 sessions depending on how we progress.
In these sessions, we look at
- Your unique strengths and achievements
- Taking a Strengthscope psychometric test and working out what are your strengths and what career you would excel in
- Finding your passion and purpose
- What would you really like to do if time or money were no object?
- Identifying any limiting beliefs or blocks
- Clarification of career and goals to get you there in the future
- Writing CVs and covering letter
- Signposting to recruitment agencies other sources to find a job
- Interview techniques, dummy run interviews and role play
Coaching sessions can take place in my coaching room in Newcastle or on Zoom or in person.

What our customers say
Luke Hilliard
Look for Two
Sam’s a fantastic listener and helps to reduce my anxieties and highs and lows that come with running a company. She helps me to focus and set goals without putting too much pressure on me. Talking about my business with Sam really helps to build my confidence and coaching and I would highly recommended her”.
