I offer in Leadership Coaching in Newcastle or online as a powerful way to develop leaders and managers and to accelerate business performance

Working with a coach can help leaders to identify their strengths and areas for development, reduce any limiting beliefs or blocks that prevent them from maximising their performance, help them to set and achieve clear goals, motivate and communicate effectively with their team, help with decision making, and boost their overall confidence. 

I offer individual sessions or a 4-week Confident Leader programme which includes:

• Identifying their strengths and areas for development
• Reducing any limiting beliefs or blocks that prevent them from maximising their performance
• Helping to motivate and communicate effectively with their team
• Being confident with decision-making
• Increasing confidence of new managers or supervisors when they are promoted to a new role
• Building resilience and determination
• Performing at a higher level with mindset tools and techniques

Leadership Coaching sessions take place on Zoom or in person in my office at Dobson House, Regent Farm Road, Gosforth, Newcastle, NE3 1PF.
