Coaching session


1-1 coaching or counselling sessions on Zoom or in person.




Coaching sessions are helpful if you have something specific that you would like to discuss or if you are new to coaching and just want to try it out to experience its benefits. I use a Therapeutic Coaching approach combining coaching and counselling depending on the situation or issues you are experiencing and these sessions could help with:

  • Decision-making when you are uncertain as to which direction to take at work or life
  • You want to feel more confident at work or in a social setting
  • You want to feel happier and more confident
  • You’ve lost your mojo and feel stuck
  • You lack a plan in life or purpose – you feel like you are drifting
  • You want to feel less overwhelmed and anxious
  • You have an interview or presentation coming up and want to feel more confident
  • If something in the past is worrying or troubling you need to talk it through

Whatever the reason for getting in touch, I can offer a safe space for you to talk about your feelings without judgment and in confidence.

We can meet either in my coaching room at Dobson House, Regent Farm Road, Newcastle, NE3 3PF or on Zoom and the session will last 1.5 hours.
